Business students achieved remarkable success in the Yeung Kin Man Youth Industrial Incubation Programme. The project “Improving Brand Awareness of Zomate Fitness” led by the team from HD in Social Media and Digital Marketing won the Champion title, impressing judges with their innovative concepts and earning a scholarship for an industrial visit to Indonesia from July 22 to 26. Additionally, the team from HD in Business with E-commerce secured the 2nd runner-up positions for their project “Profilia – Developing Young Target Segment and Leveraging E-commerce Opportunity”. Both teams showcased exceptional teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills, reflecting the high standards of BA students in the Programme."

Over 200 business students participated in the competition with 6 teams shortlisted for the Final. In January, briefings equipped students with knowledge of banking products and tips for integrated marketing campaign planning. BA students also visited the Hang Seng Bank Headquarters on February 29, attending a research workshop and interacting with staff. The adjudicators from Hang Seng Bank were impressed by the students' creative ideas during the Final Presentation on May 17 and look forward to the next collaborative project to benefit more business students.

The competition organised by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers invited engineering students from higher education institutions in Hong Kong and the Mainland to form teams. Using self-designed and modified remote-control cars and robotic arms, teams competed in designated tasks on a field to win awards. The competition tests participants' engineering knowledge and skills, encouraging them to showcase their creativity and teamwork. After nearly four hours of competition, teams from IVE (Haking Wong) and IVE (Tsing Yi) emerged as the second runner-up of the Most Eco-Friendly Remote Control Car Design Award.
