WE Park is a training facility for the Childhood, Elderly, and Community Services Discipline. Spanning 15,000 square feet, it features 13 play zones designed as an outdoor educational space where children can freely explore and express their creativity. Each play zone offers different types of activities, such as free play, nature exploration, constructive play, creative play, and role-playing games. The park provides open-ended, low-structure materials to encourage children to choose their preferred play style based on their developmental needs, fostering creativity and exploration through "1 material, N possibilities" of personalised play.

COBI has been established by the Department of Business to welcome the era of digitalization where students would experience some of the latest technologies adopted by business sector including A.I. chatbot for NLP training and nursing practice, so that students would have deeper understanding on customer experience optimization.

The centre was set up as a simulated bank branch and students can closely link with the workplace environment to enhance their learning effectiveness. It also serves as an in-service training centre for banking related programmes. 

The center is established to strengthen students' knowledge and skills in IoT applications. It will undertake accafemia-industry collaborative projects, multi-disciplinary projects and applied research in IoT for the goal of producing Innovative and Impactful solutions for smart city development. Students will develop design thinking skills, and collbarative and problem-solving skills.

The Environmental Education Centre offers a dynamic space for teaching and learning activities. Equipped with notebook computers for geospatial data analysis and environmental modeling, it encourages project discussions among students and  collaboration for understanding real-world environmental challenges.

An interactive learning platform for multidisciplinary programme like money management and green education. It offers innovative facilities like a Digital Wall, Motion Sensing Games, AR technology used with tablets, providing students with hands-on opportunities to enhance their practical experience. CECTL also provides site visits, professional training, and play-based activities for immersive learning.

The Metaverse Innovation Centre is the tech-enhanced teaching and learning facility dedicated to the advancement of digital future knowledge and skills in all areas of metaverse innovations including Mixed Reality (MR), Virtual Reality, AI and robotics technologies, as well as providing an innovative metaverse-integrated platform for students and industry.

The Video Production Studio provides professional video recording equipment and live broadcast equipment. Including audio recording, video shooting, background switching, lighting and transition special effects. Students can understand the production flow of the industry by practice. Improve the skills of operating equipment and enhance the production skill.

The Food Technology Laboratory provides professional equipment for simulating food production processes, including industrial ovens, UHT sterilisers, spray dryers, and a 3D food printer. The facility also contains a specialised Sensory Evaluation Room designed for precise quality testing in a controlled, distraction-free environment, ensuring accurate sensory analysis.
